I have to say, I was pretty cynical that CBD products were not just another scam. My daughter knew I was pretty uncomfortable with my arthritic left shoulder, especially at night. She bought me a jar of the Alchemy Science Cream and asked me to try it. I have to confess --- I left it in the medicine cabinet for a month before trying it. One night my shoulder was really hurting and I gave in and tried it. I was really surprised! After about 5 minutes almost all of the pain was gone! Now I apply it  before bedtime and if it bothers me again later in the night, I put a little more on.

I've used a CBD cream that had much less CBD in it than Alchemy Science's for about two years. Alchemy Science's cream is much more powerful. It was very effective for relieving the pain from carpal tunnel syndrome in my hands. The relief lasted for 6-8 hours. However, it didn't help the rheumatoid arthritis in my hands or my trigger fingers.

I tried the Alchemy Science Cream because I frequently have muscular soreness in my back after gardening for several hours. My partner massaged the cream into my back for me. It immediately relieved the soreness. I was pleasantly surprised that the effect lasted for 6-8 hours.

I’ve tried a bunch of CBD products for my sore knees. None of them did much. Alchemy Science’s lotion really is different. Within minutes of rubbing the lotion in, the soreness disappeared. The first time I tried it I was really surprised! For me, the relief lasts for about 2-3 hours. I keep a bottle of the lotion in my locker at work and often use it when I’m on break. At home I use the cream.

I usually run about 6x a week and work out with weights 3-4x a week. I’m pretty competitive about my performance. I’ve been using CBD products for about five years now and have tried most of the big brands. I wasn’t expecting too much from the Alchemy Science products but they kind of blew me out of the water! I really do get more relief for sore muscles and a sore knee or shoulder. The effect lasts longer too. I keep a bottle of the lotion in my gym bag, and a jar of the cream at home.

My mom and dad live in Warsaw, Poland. They’re in their 80s now. My dad is pretty stubborn and getting him to try something new is a big deal. He’s been having difficulty sleeping for the last couple of years because his arthritic knees hurt so much. The Joint and Muscle cream dramatically reduces his pain and allows him to get some much-needed sleep.
